Hosted in an intimate setting within the house, the tasting is designed to be relaxed and conversational, with small bites selected to accompany the wines.

Ecuador is one of the world's great cacao origins, and this guided chocolate tasting explores the flavours, regions and stories behind one of the country's most important ingredients.
Taste a curated selection of Ecuadorian chocolates while learning how cacao changes from region to region, how it is transformed, and why Ecuador's cacao has become recognised around the world.

COOKING CLASS
Cook Ecuador. Then sit down to eat.
Our cooking class is a hands-on introduction to Ecuadorian food, ingredients and traditions. Together with our chef, guests prepare a meal inspired by local flavours, learning the techniques and stories behind the dishes along the way.
The experience ends where it should: around the table, enjoying the meal you have prepared together. The class takes place inside Villa Colonna and offers a more personal alternative to a traditional cooking class in Quito.
